Update October 2017: It seems this issue has returned after Valve fixed it several years ago. I have updated this repo with new app_manifest files for each server. When trying to find the email logs on my Plesk server I struggled to find them at first. Parallels Plesk Panel maillog is in a non standard location compared to you standard Linux system. UPDATE: It appears that Valve may of resolved this issue as I have tested without using the files and it now works first time. I will however leave the details here for reference.
