Planetside 2 Terran Republic Chrome theme update v1.1

Details

I have updated the Terran Republic Google Chrome theme with the following changes:

Improved inactive colors by removing the tints on inactive and having the color black instead
Made improvements to incognito mode.
Extended the frame background to stop a sudden change in colour on the left side of the theme
Slightly changed the colour of the inactive tab to make it easier to see the new tab button when the header is black
Changed the colour of the most visited preview border to black instead of white
